Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this forum so hopefully I've posted this in the right section.
My manager has asked me to prepare a 15 minute presentation on the following 3 points:
How to maximise product activity in a production environment?
Why it should be implemented?
What flaws are there with this?
The presentation is only really to test my presentation skills as this type of topic is not related to my work, I'm a computer engineer.
Could anyone please tell me what is meant by product activity and some methods to maximise this. My manager set me this today and would like to see the presentation in 2 days so any speedy responses would be greatly appreciated.
