Proposal in a CIO meeting

Hi,

I'm assisting a CIO (Chief Information Officer) in a Fast Moving Consumer
Goods company, whom has branches all over Asia..

I was asked to write a proposal in a meeting to propose a few
concepts and what should we do to:

- implement governance for IT that incorporates the nature of the
business which is geographically separated.

- ensure there is proper allocation of funds to IT projects

- improve process improvement projects

I have a few ideas such as having a "domain" system to allocate
the IT systems and PCs with geographical location i.e USER91.JP.DOMAIN
USER92.TW.DOMAIN. Funding, probably use NPV, IRR, ROI etc to determine..
Process improvement.. not too sure

Anyone has ideas of the 3 topics above, could throw them in..
