How can I reset Sage Invoicing so I can start using it from new?
I downloaded it, played about with it, made a few test invoices to get started, but now I want to use it for real, and can't find anywhere to delete the invoices I made!
Please help

Have you thought about reinstalling?

Have you thought about reinstalling?
:p yep, tried that, didnt work. Seems like the source files are kept on the computer even after removal.

Uninstalling does not work as the data files are created after the install so the uninstall does not know to remove them.
Off the top of my head (and assuming you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7) there should be a folder c:\programdata\sage\accounts\invoicing or possibly c:\programdata\sage\invoicing - delete the folder and that will get rid of the data.

On Vista, the ProgramData folder is hidden by default. If you click on Start then type c:\programdata\sage\invoicing into the Search box at the bottom of the start menu then press Enter, the folder should open up in Windows Explorer.

I did that and it comes up default programs, chose the programs that windows uses by default.
Any other ideas ?
I also changed in the control panel, folder options, view, show hidden files and folders. But no joy !
Very confused :(

Do you have any Sage folders in the ProgramData folder?

I have typed in programdata in the search at start but it says no items match your search.
Shall I uninstall the whole program ?

Uninstalling won't work as the data, which is the folder I've detailed previously, will not be removed.
If you go to Start -> Computer and select the C drive, can you see the ProgramData folder next to the Program Files folder?
