Skype will only work as a means for 'free' calls between staff if the mobile handsets have the skype app and also 3G coverage. there is also the requirement of using a smart phone/ android which is more costly than standard handsets plus the requirement of a data bundle on the mobile in question.

Skype is the same price as a normal landline now, suppose only really works if everyone is working from a computer but if on the move its near impossible to get used to and yes costly on mobiles to have skype running.
