Anyone use Marketing Society Forum as well by any chance?

Something weird happened.....I usually click on The Marketing Society website in my Favourites which takes me straight into their forums which like this one is a great resource (but nowhere near this one I hasten to add) and I had a login error! I go to the home page and I may have got this wrong but I think it was asking me for money to use the site now?!!

Is this true?.....

I think so - can sort of understand because they were getting some weird block url postings but they could have had those removed or blocked. What a waste of a great resource. RIP Marketing Society forum

if they had better authentication none of this would happen. that way they can pin point the bad posters and block their IPs.
