Hi ,
Is there anyone who teaches music or has music lessons for themselves or or a child?

If so could you mention this website to the teacher. It supplements their teaching with online aural training. Building the ability to listen to music at the same time as the techniques to play it makes all the difference.

Its something all teachers seem to want but I need all the help I can get in telling them about the service now.

Thanks

Hi Christine,

Have you posted it on the TES forum? http://www.tes.co.uk/section/staffroom/

You're welcome to post on my forum too... a lot of NQTs and students use the forum, it's not just the supply teachers who are registered:

Best of luck!

Hi Sharon,

Thank you for your help.

I am in the process of registering with your site and then will post it.

Not sure about the TES as their terms and condition say no advertising.

Does anyone know where peripatetic music teachers go on the web?

Christine

Plenty of supply agencies manage to promote themselves in the supply bit somehow! If people say they're looking for work in a certain area, they just write a post saying drop me a line at the following email address, I may be able to help you!
Have you posted as 'you' on TES, in the music section and asked where they find resources/have a forum etc? Have you a free forum on your website that you could invite them too? That's how I got people to mine.. I don't know if there's a forum for perips on there, I'm sure you'd soon get it populated if you had one..
