Glasgow South Side Office Available - penguins inc!

Sadly Website Tom is moving over to the dark side (AKA Edinburgh!) and so we have an empty office downstairs from us to rent out from 1st Nov in Pollokshaws Road.

Rent £200/month inc all bills, use of kitchen/WC, furnished/unfurnished, off street parking etc. Lots of built in storage, big windows, room for 2-3 people. Would suit start up or someone looking to get out of their spare bedroom.

We're really looking for some nice people, as we have the office upstairs and so need someone reasonably sane who enjoys tea and penguin biscuits (see there was a point to the penguins in the title!).

Pity, as we just recently signed a lease on additional office as a base for our techs covering the south of the river.

Which a shame as I’m just full bodied enough to like the occasional penguin or three :p

CMCP - these are important questions. I am a Blue Ri-band person. As for the Wagon Wheels, I must admit I really don't like them (EEK! Shock - a choccie biccie I don't like!)

That's ideal - I get to eat ALL the choccie biscuits and the ginger snaps too!

Unfortunately no living in the office (although we have had to turf a couple of people out for doing that in the past!). But 24 hours access is available for all you night owls.
