Morning All,
Found this site by accident and have been hooked ever since!
I am currently in the loooong research phase of setting up my business after deciding I can no longer work with meglomaniacs and need a total change in direction. I figure I will only have myself to blame if I dont like the boss :D
Anyhow, as a new starter working with a non existant budget (I actually DONT need finance) and only looking to cover the local area (Herts possibly Beds and perhaps down to London) in the service sector (as opposed to retail, internet selling or IT) my question to you seasoned business folk would be:
What do you wish you have been told or had listened to when you started out that would have saved you either heartache, stress or money?
I really look forward to hearing from you all.
