Setting up a Group of Companies

Hi,

I currently have shares in 3 companies, listed below.

Company A - Profit 50,000 - 50% share
Company B - Loss 10,000 - 100% share
Company C - Loss 10,000 - 50% share

I wondered if, retrospectively I could form a group company to take my shareholding of the above companies and then offset the loss making businesses against my share of the profit making business?
