Hi All,

My names is Steve Bridson, I am involved with two businesses. Last Thursday Ltd and 4B Martinvest Ltd.

Last Thursday is a Social Networking Business with offline meetings and an online platform. The idea is that it is a place where business people can hang out, chat business and social, join clubs, meet with other like minded individuals. It's in its early stages at the moment and looks like it will grow. Check it out at www.lastthursday.net. LT was formed by six of us that have a similar philosphy about networking - basically it is the quality of your network not the quantity and you'll only really do business with people that you know.

4B Martinvest Ltd is the other business. My family business (I work with my Dad, Mum and Brother - the other 3B's!). We are one of the longest established duplication companies in the UK specialising in the authoring, duplication, packaging and distribution of CDs and DVDs. Feel free to have a look at our website www.4bmartinvest.co.uk.

Cheers

Hi Steve, welcome to UKBF.

Nice looking logo, but what do the dots represent, i'm just curious. My guess was one for everyday of the month, but didn't quite add up

It was based on there being (roughly) four weeks to a month, the 'Last Thursday' and the fact that you increased your network from the meetings that take place on that Last Thursday of each month.

Howdy, Steve.

I signed-up on Last Thursday, but haven't quite taken the time yet to explore it all.

Thanks for your "hellos". If you're interested there are regional clubs that are going to be springing up all over the UK. These are offline meetings on the Last Thursday of each month and are quite social affairs.
