Well to start with, joining a business forum is a good idea. Just don't make EVERY single post an advert for your business. It doesn't take long for people to spot this and get annoyed.

Hi
Thanks for the info. You know how it is when your starting out it's easy to be a little too pushy sometimes. I have a lot of industry experience in sales and retention so hopefully I will be able make a positive contribution to the forum...

Make the URL in your signature into a clickable link!

And I know what you're gonna ask:
[ url = http://smartnumber.co.uk]smartnumber.co.uk[ / url ]
You'll have to remove the spaces though!

Search engine submittions and optimisation will help.
Pay per click advertising is also good. Either have a go yourself, or speak with Rob at www.top-click.co.uk to run it for you.
Business service directories might be a good place to sumbit your site aswell. www.yell.com or similar?

Hi Ray
We work with the service provider earning a small amount for each number that goes out.
We do own www.smartnumber.co.uk
We've chosen to work this way as our national service provider is able to maintain the service no matter how big it becomes yet it still allowing us to provide a really useful service absolutely free!
Its the first step in our call mangement business that will soon offer a telephone answering service also.
