applying for mortgage

Hi there, I am self employed and wanting to apply for a mortgage. On one of the forms its asks for my accountants details. My friend who is aca qualified does my self assessment form in his spare time as a favour. I just buy him a few pints to say thanks as the work involved is minimal. Am I ok to put him down as my accountant or do I have to put a proper firm of accountants down on the form?
