Big improvement over the last one.
I'm not a fan of the News, scrunched up lists under Topics (add some padding there) and generally just how close the text is to each other. If you'll excuse the phrase, looks Indian, based on the blocks, icons and rectangle design.
Still, looks more professional

Hi Philip
Only two thoughts... if you are hoping to reach potential customers via the Internet would they enter 'attorney' into a search engine or would they type in 'lawyer' or 'solicitor'
trade mark lawyers ?
trade mark attorneys ?
it would be worth checking.
Last thing, in general terms the site would benefit from more search engine optimisation which I can help with. If interested PM me.
Other than that, the site appears fine. :-)

It's a really nice site.
Personally, I'd ditch the streaming news part as it distracted me from the message of the welcome page.
Also:
"We protect the intangible assets which are a key component of your business.
This website will help you decide what you need to invest in this vital area."
Doesn't grab me.
"Intangible assets" strikes me as too vague or jargony. I'd simplify and clarify it.
"what you need to invest" is jolting to me. The word invest is used too soon, IMO. I reckon you should soften it so something like "this website will show you how you can protect your itellectual property".
(actually, I'm not that keen on "intellectual property", but I don't know your industry and the different terms there is to choose from, there may be something better)
Also, once someone's read this opening message, it's not obvious what they should do next.
You might want to give them a "to get started" instruction.
For example, on my site, I tell readers they should start with a particular report. This tends to work better than just leaving the reader to figure it out for himself.
All in all, an excellent looking site.

Simple colourscheme, logical layout. As has been said, it's all there. Doesn't really leap out you, but I suppose it's not supposed to.

I loved it :D
It's easy to use, neat and not over fussy. It was also nice to put a face to the name Philip :D
Well done to who ever designed it.

Hi Philip,
Huge improvement on your last one so well done that.
As mentioned above, I would get rid of the streaming news section though.

very nice site..neat and easy to go through.. a few suggestions...
- hover over effects are always helpful. since your using only one colour across the site.. by hovering over stuff it would be nice to know where the cursor is pointing at.
- the news section is moving way too fast - i would slow it down a bit
Good luck

'ere, rbutler, get your own thread!
Cross guard the site looks fine.
The scrolling news lets it down as it is distracting and pointless. I'm not interested in news when I come to your site. I'm looking for how you can help ME.
You do seem to have double up menu items, the following could be reduced to one or two pages
email us
contact details
find us
phone us
enquiry
enquiry form
although I appreciate you are giving people as many ways as possible to contact you but you even have your contact details repeated again at the bottom of the page. I wonder if you create a little confusion in people as to the best way to contact you and why all the other options are necessary.
I'll have my usual gripe about visited links.
But really I am struggling to think of nasty things to say. Well done, you have passed!
