Each week I cringe harder and harder. I can't believe a company selling conservatories can't even spell conservatories.

When they went out for the meal, that Michael and his wife, strange couple like. I actually thought that she was his mum.

Although that Michael fella is very weird, he is still the best thing that has happened to the company in quite a while. Although his social skills are frankly rather odd and he really needs to sort out his teeth.

Was more like a parents evening at school than a social meal out with the boss!

I still cant convince myself this is real. Some of the names on the show - Michael Handle (Handel?), and Basil Meanie (Meany?).

Anyone keeping a count on the cliches that seem to emerge from Mr Armstrong.........unreal!

I too am convinced that it is scripted. Some of the editing that takes place, you just could not have a camera there in that exact place at the exact moment.

Very funny though scripted or real!! If it is scripted, they have some fabulous actors.

It killed me last night when we met Michael's wife that he met on the internet through an Othello forum. Just hilarious!!!!

If you really don't want to sell over the phone, why not use it to generate appointments to meet with them. You can then present it in such a way that they will want to buy from you
