My site stats are showing some visitors lengh as 0 seconds. Does this mean that they came in and left straight away?

yep.. does your site download quickly? sometimes people leave before the site downloads fully and this counts as 0 seconds...

Yes it downloads quite quick.

well the next step is to see which keywords is your site showing for. are they the correct ones? sometimes people land on a page and they find out it does not match with what they are looking for? or does not offer them what they are seeking.

I would recommend swapping around the image with the text - as it's easier to read on left instead of the right. - also slow down the animation - it can be very distracting.

I have to admit, the main page does need some work. you need a nice simple logo - the top banner does not look professional at all.

finally - do expect people to click and leave as they are maybe looking for a specific site and they forgot the name and they landed on urs while searching. am sure you do the same to other sites - always think of what you do when you search on line and keep in mind, that others might be doing the same:)

Thanks for the feedback could you please explain exactly what is wrong with the top banner so i know i get it right and what do you feel is needed on the front page
