Hi all,

Customer of mine has some stuff to dispose of, since they are government funded (its a Learn Direct centre) they cant just give everything away, but can donate to charity. What we have basically is 12 cassetes from I-desks. These are basically a pc in a cassete http://www.i-desk.co.uk/education/index.html no desk, just the pc. The spec isnt brilliant (1 gig duron, 256 ram, onboard everything) but they are working fine and can be used "as is" or rehoused into a standard pc case. Anyway, these need to go to a charity and I said I'd look into it. How do I go about it?
Also, can I grab any free publicity at the same time;)

Thanks

CALV

You can certainly grab publicity. Call up your local schools and hospices etc, see if they want them and once they have accepted them send an e-mail to your local paper. See my blog at www.clairemackaness.co.uk for the charity work I've undertaken and received publicity for (on the news page).
