I have an e-mail template I use when mailing people, some people have said when they receive it the pictures are not displayed. What causes this and can I do anything about it?
Thanks

Include a link at the top of the email which says...
"If this email does not display properly, then click here"
Whch links to a good copy of your newsletter hosted on your website.

Alot of mail clients, like Outlook, block images that are sent via email.
The way around this is to either send emails as plain text, or as above, provide a link to an "online" version of the mail.

putting the link on top, often does it trigger
as a spam msg?
