Are payslips reversible? Last accountant has made payslips for my mother even though she hasnt claimed any wages and has put her on w1/m1 tax.

Is it possible to reverse these?

Yes. They've been issued by mistake and no report of salaries or tax deducted is made until the end of the tax year, so there's nothing to amend with HMRC. If tax has been paid incorrectly it can simply come off the next payment - so long as the totals balance at the end of the year that's all that's needed

Thankyou I thought we will be paying PAYE/NIC at the end of the year, however previous accountant has given me a slip to say payment must reach HMRC by 19th Sept?

PAYE is normally paid to HMRC monthly. The amount for the month ended 5 September is payable by 19th (and there are now penalties for being late within the tax year)

There is an option for quarterly payments if the total that you are going to pay is less than £1,500 per month.

You can pay across the counter at your local Post Office. :)
