This thread is aimed at helping those of us who are struggling to find properties in and around the North East.
We are hunting for a empty property in Newcastle Upon Tyne ideally 2000sqft - 9000 sqft dependent on price, happy to sign and pay up front for the rent quarterly.
There are so many empty properties in Newcastle, Gateshead and further a field but our struggle is we cant find the landlords to even make them an offer or find out what they are after.
So this thread is for any info people have on empty properties in and around the North East area.
Do you have some info on a empty property that would be great for a workshop, a garage, a shop, a bar anything..

We can not be the only company out there struggling to find a property at the right price.
lets talk about it, we have tried all the big commercial agents and are coming up with over priced rubbish. we are looking to pay upto £15k per year for a property of reasonable size. what about you??
