Hi - How does remote admin work?

A VA is a person who supports a client, across the board, administratively and personally without being geographically present in the client's location.

Information and details are sent either through e-mail, fax, verbally or post. While work is in progress a client would need to be available on the end of the phone to answer questions or clarify points. Communication is the key to successful virtual admin. Completed projects are then either e-mailed, faxed or sent by recorded delivery post for approval.

Hi Jane,

Welcome to the forums. I hope you have a great time here.

Good luck with running your business, it is definitely a good idea, now that so many businesses are looking to outsource certain activities.

I probably work with similar businesses to you, so let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Michelle.
