Looking for recommendations for accountants, preferably in SE London (Bromley) region who have a good understanding of the joys of IR35

Nobody has a good understanding of IR35!

It's so subjective, each case taken to court moves the goalposts a little.

We're just down the A21 from Bromley in Tunbridge Wells, feel free to give me a call if you'd like an informal chat...or click here for an informal video on IR35 (http://www.maslins.co.uk/guide_IR35_basics.php).

well hopefully IR35 will soon be a thing of the past!! On the list for OTS.

We have many contractors as clients if that helps.

Whilst I'd be glad to see the back of IR35, I'm still wary of what will replace it.

if anything :)

we live in hope?

Like income shifting - IMO if it was easy to put the required legislation in place to be precise about this area then they would have already done it.

My view on IR35 and income shifting - almost impossible to write clear rules. If they can't do this then stop wasting tax payers money fighting such cases :p

I'd like to think you're right on this one Elaine, and have my fingers crossed too :)

Many thanks, unfortunately I like the ability to have occasional face 2 face meetings so someone reasonably local would be prefered
