Hi there,
Our Ltd company owner/director is a non-Eu (Brazilian) and the type of company is computer repair services.
The director is a uk resident with spouse visa, but a Brazilian national.
Does anyone know if this would be seen as high risk by HMRC?
I wonder if there be any problem/delay with the VAT registration?
