Help needed to import paypal transactions into Quickbooks

I am a online retailer who uses ebay / paypal. I have recently purchased Quickbooks Pro 2010. I would like to download customer transactions from paypal into Quickbooks but I am struggling to make sense of the Quickbooks help pages regarding importing transactions into Quickbooks.

Can anyone help in terms of a template that they use or software which enables the importing of such data.
