Rent a flat out to my ltd

Hello,

I am French, live in Paris but created a limited company in the UK in 2008 to cater for the needs of a UK client. I manage it from my Paris office and travel to UK once a month.

As the business develops, I would like to buy a pied a terre in London and spend a bit more time over there. My question: Can I buy it in my name and rent it out (at least part of it) to my company as it will be exclusively used for business purposes ?

Yes you can but the hassles comes with may not make it tax efficient as you would want them to be.
