Marketing workshops in Manchester

We are going to run a series of marketing workshops in Manchester, they are designed for creative media, but any business could benefit from them. The idea of the workshops is to help small and start up business understand how to run a successful and profitable company. We will issue people with free handouts that can be used for making notes and to take home.

In the workshops we will include the attendees and their own situations as much possible. We will try to answer questions directly relating to people’s own businesses so immediate action can be taken.

The workshops will be free to attend and we will show you a range of business methods and systems that include;

How to systemise your business
How to work on your business
How to get referrals
Business cards and flyer design
Goal setting
Benefits of joint ventures
How to target market
How to get free advertising
Writing press releases
How to gain customer loyalty

This is just a very small section of what we will cover. Because of the huge demand we have had already, we are going to limit this to 20 people only. This way we can fully concentrate on the attendees and they can also get to know one another and hopefully be able to work together in future.

Credibility = we have qualified accountants, copy writers and other experienced professionals giving talks.

The reason why I advertise is because I am starting a networking group and we have had over 100 people apply to come. However I am sure not all of them want to come to a workshop.

We are here to help develop new businesses and already we have had a great response. If people are interested then I suggest e-mailing or pm'ing soon to reserve your place.

We have confirmed a copywriter, a book keeper, a web designer/developer, a marketer and we are confirming some more in at the moment.

We are retaining the details until the dates have been set then the people who are attending will be informed.

I don't want to seem to aloof but a book keeper is hardly an accountant.

Their focus and professional expertise is very different :wink:

We did a lead generation event in December on a slightly bigger scale and had over 60 businesses and 70+ people attend and it worked v well.

If you would like to see the agenda or some of the forms the attendees filed in let me know.

Also if you would consider doing it on a bigger scale and targeting ME's i.e. SME's but without the small and would like some very credible market leaders to talk at it let me know.

We are just starting to plan an event in Manchester anyway so it could be worth a chat.
