Hi

I can't get the first line right for a thank you letter I'll be sending out to all our catering customers after their function.

Dear ...
We're just writing to check you were pleased with the service we provided.... ????

As part of our customer care programme (?!), we're writing to ask if everything was satisfactory......????

We're writing to thank you for choosing us and ask if our service met all your expectations....???

I can get the rest ok, but just not the intro. I go on to tell them that because of their booking we've donated 10p per guest to a charity and will include a prepaid postcard for them to put comments on and return to us (thought this would be an easy way to get testimonials).

Any ideas please anyone? I have a complete mind blank.

Sounds excellent to me. Make sure you pre-pay the postage on the card otherwise you just look cheap.
