Hi Sonia, welcome.

It must be nice working with kids stuff.

I notice you have free shipping on orders over £150.

Do you get many orders this big? I'm guessing your average order is much lower. Forgive me if I'm wrong.

If you think about your average order size you might consider bringing your free shipping down to maybe £10 or £20 higher than that as it is not such a big jump up for customers and you will be surprised at how many will put a few extra bits in the basket just to save a few quid shipping.

However if your average order is £40 you won't get them adding another £110 to the basket in order to make this saving.

My orders so far have been in the region of £80-£110 so far, but might lower free shipping to £100.
as it's only been going a month i am just so busy inputting all my stock, i have't had chance to think! been exhibiting in harrogate aswell to promote the site, which was soooo worth it, i sold loads and got loads of contacts, business and customer,
i would advise anyone to exhibit at shows where they can! they're invaluable!
