Grammatically the site is terrible, spelling mistakes everywhere and the advice for link building is laughable and set in the 90's I guess.

Bless em. Some of those tools are simple and are ok for rule of thumb but they are not going to get you ranking really are they. I was particularly impressed with the 4 directories they list in their proomtion area :)

some of their free tools have some 'minor' flaws. for example the 'term extraction tool'.

I tried this on my own site to find the most popular term was the word 'postcode'.

This is only mentioned once in a form field! :D
