i'm afraid the answer is no, although you can block ips using regex, but that's not what was asked :D

Very useful for me, as I get all the charity scammers, all the PPC resellers, other directories, other marketing companies etc. going through my listings and then cold calling people.
Once I know their IP numbers I can redirect them away from the pages displaying telephone numbers to wherever I like ;)

Statcounter is much better for real time stats and tracking visitors moving through the site.
