At Ansaback, we understand how important every phone call is to your business. Every call could be a potential customer, an order, an emergency or an important message. We know how important it is to the success of your business that you provide a 'live' interface to your customers. Not just 9 to 5, but 24 hours, 7 days a week if necessary. That's why we've developed a range of cost-effective 'live' telephone support services.
· 24-hour customer service line without the need for 24-hour staff and office overheads.
· Handling the response to advertising or mailing campaigns.
· Service/Order lines to take full orders, customer details, brochure dispatch.
· Overflow call handling, taking calls while your staff are busy on calls.
· Fulfilment

Ansaback 24/7 Contact Centre and Business Services Bureau is based in Ipswich. For over 4 years we have been supplying telephone solutions for businesses all over the UK. We offer a flexible range of cost effective services carefully designed to fulfil the needs of companies across the entire spectrum of industry sectors. Ansaback becomes a satellite of your organisation, providing seamless telephone services, with all calls answered in your company name, by operators fully conversant with all relevant aspects of your business.
Whatever your requirements, we have operators ready to take your calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Kim

In about a few days time you will need to book yourself in to the UKBF Addicts clinic as it can be quite addictive. We have a lot of fun on here and are quite a good community of posters. If we have nothing business related to post we hang out in the Time Out section for a good chill out. I hope to see you around here a bit.

Cheers

Chris

Is it just me or has this been linked up to some sort of autoresponder that comes back with a random and often repeated message when a reply is posted to the thread?Let's have a bet: the response to this will contain one, some or all of the following: Havent actively taken part in forums before but stumbled across this one and thought I'd give it a go.Everyone seems real friendly. Well that sounds good.

Apologies Kim if you do turn out to be a real person...

Hello Kim!

FionaB - I didn't know there was such a thing..

Maybe someone could promote it as part of the UKBF clinic rehab programme, or something..

Fiona, you are tooo funny. Perhaps it is a special script used on new forums. Could cook718 just be a staff member wih time on their hands doing a bit of paid networking?

With a name like Ansaback I suppose you are duty bound to reply with company approved text ;)

I wonder where cook719 is?

Hi there,

I think it was the combination of your company name and your repeated phrases that tickled my funny bone.

Happy Friday!
