Incorporating a company API / Company Formation API

Hello,

Can any one point me to an Company Formation API?

I have searched Company's House and already a customer of their XML Gateway. Their seems to be no Application Programming Interface to allow third party customers to incorporate a company.

Their are many companies that offer such services on-line, so theirs something im missing.

I have stumbled across a third party API though would prefer to go direct to remove confusion and ensure correct compliance.
(can not post link but search for "Company Formation API" to find it)

Any Assistance or Guidance appreciated.

Thank you for the prompt reply, I too have seen the first link but that is referring to "the electronic presentation of documents". Whereas we're enquiring about incorporating companies, not showing documentation for those already incorporated.

acra-uk is a membership based collection of companies we are enquiring about. I may fire of an email to them though, it seems to be a members only service with a requirement of £1m Insurance and registered TCSP

(TCSP hmrc.gov.uk/mlr/getstarted/register/tcsp.htm)

I believe the correct term, is we are enquiring about becoming an Company Registration Agent.

"The XML Gateway provides online access over the internet into Companies House databases, for customers to submit as well as to retrieve company information via their own applications or web pages."

It appears you want to speak to Marie Connors in most cases, why not fire an email to her?
