Hi,
One of our clients has been asked by Barclays to send a copy of the T&Cs he proposes using on the website we are designing for him. This is so they can approve them before offering him merchant facilities.
He has asked me for some help with writing them. Does anyone please know of an online resource that sets out what points need to be covered in T&Cs in order to gain the banks approval?
