It definitely a growth are for the future and I'm looking to create a mobile optimised version of my website to better cater for mobile users.
As more and more consumers gain mobile devices with internet access its far, far easier to use it to search rather than go fire up the old pc.
I think the desktop will remain popular for research type activities, but those ad-hoc searches will increasingly be mobile.
