Are Ebay links good for SEO?

We already sell online but are thinking about starting an Ebay shop to generate new business sales and links back to our site..

Does anyone know if google picks up on the ebay listings and whether this can help our overall ranking?

I've seen sites that I analysed before with backlinks from ebay so I would go for it.. definitely isn't going to do harm. I don't think their TOS allows you to go too mad though ? I'd check..

Should be interesting.. i am sure the external links must be no follow but you never know ..

You WILL still benefit from the link regardless if it is do follow or not. No follow wont pass page rank but it's still a link.

I know from testing no follow links ALONE are enough to get websites ranked for fairly competitive terms at #1 in big G.

Go for it.

Just makes sure it's part of an overall strategy.
