Hi,

This being a UK business forum, it's hard to comment on a business in Taiwan, you may be better looking for a forum there and get some local information.

Hi Hong, You've posted this 3 times now. You can't possible expect us to klnow the taste sensations of your fellow countrymen and women, despite our very diversified and knowledgeable minds.

Most business aspirants spend many hours researching their product and strategies. I think you should sit outside an established Taiwanese Ice-cream parlour and monitor the flavours that are being sold. You could even buy a couple yourself and ask how popular they are.

If you're then able to obtain suppliers of the best flavours you could obtain some 'freezer packs' and offer some to your fellow UKBF members.

Custard Cone should be 1 Taiwan dollar, or 3 scoops for 2 dollar.
Cheers, Nigel

If you know so little about the market, what makes you want to get into it?

For all you know, there's a small demand and a huge supply and most of the ice cream sellers are struggling.... if so, would you really want to join them?
