Expert in Internet Software - Report required

Hello -

We need an "expert witness" - with expertise in Internet software and licenced software. We are looking for a technical expert who can look at an Internet software and report/demonstrate if it is a copy.

Please reply with your thoughts - questions and if you can assist.

If you are talking about your previous post in the Legal section. By simply looking at the HTML outputed from a CMS system you will not be able to "prove" that it is the same CMS powering the site.

You could make any PHP CMS to output the identical code - you could even make it output what appears to be a .Net CMS if you wanted to add what appears to be viewstate hidden fields etc.
