What does this actually mean?

One of our locations has been rejected, quite some time ago. But the office is still live on google map results.

And for keyword + location searches (it still shows us in that location and on the map)

So, do I need to actually do anything about this?

I can still edit, update information and see the listing.

If the website was suspended then the the listing is now open again.
You can edit and adjust to google spec.

The website hasn't been rejected.

Here is an example of a google places entry http://maps.google.co.uk/maps/place?cid=8838924773803935581&q=google+places&hl=en&cd=1&ei=RmNRTKP7EsKPjAeTyv3sAw&dtab=5&sll=51.522804,-0.124033&sspn=0.063389,0.21037&ie=UTF8&ll=51.595202,-0.333366&spn=0,0&z=12

One of those is saying 'rejected' in the UI for google places yet the map listing and listing itself is still live.
