Hi guys,
I posted on here a while back asking for advice on credit card processing, we've finally (after several months) have managed to obtain this through Netbanx, which has been implemented on our website.
I would greatly appreciated any comments or suggestions you have on our website, particularly on our sign up procedure:
At the moment, customers proceed through the Join Now pages and send payment. After we've received notification of this and validated it, we email the customer back with a standardised email, asking them for their address, desired account settings etc.
Alternatively, we can add a web form on the Join Now pages to collect this information before payment is sent.
Which would be the best option? The way I see it, customers could be put off by sending payment first, or conversely, be put off by a large web form on the sign up pages, before seeing how payment would be made.
The URL is www.my-uk-mail.co.uk
Any replies would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
