If i wanted to rent an office and or storage facility in the future, what would be the best way around it. I know there are offices to rent but i wanted something that is easy in - easy out terms and not toooooo expensive.
Any suggestions :? :? :? :?

Hmmm - try business link. I am in Wales so we have the Welsh Development Agency and they have a business Enterprise Agency within it and they give out a list of office premises - not that it is always cheap though!
I think the equivalent in England is business link anyway.
Also, seek out those people who already have an office which has an office in it that is unused.
Hope that helps.
Try self storage? This company has units in Liverpool http://www.safestorebc.co.uk/
but there are others and most have "easy in - easy out" terms, some of them
will let you set-up an office or just use them for storage.
Hope this helps?

Do a search for self storage in Liverpool. Some of them
will let you do what you are looking for :)

Tried Business Link.......they gave me a local business centre number. Ranges from £120pw for small office.
Tried commercial estate agents....average £14000 p/a rent....
Will try self store places, i pass 3 on the way home :-)
