Hi,

A Part-time employee has ran the payroll as usual today but she has forgotten to print off the Payslips for me to give to the staff tomorrow, she has also updated the system.

Can someone on here help and tell me how I can print off duplicates.

I think its Sage Payroll Line 50 we use, I have pulled off Payment Summary History by date in the past before because the Bookkeeper asks for these reports for Sage Accounts.

If anyone can help that would be great as I need to pull this off tomorrow.

Cheers

Depending on the exact version of Payroll you are using, you should be able to do one of the following:

Company > Historical Data > enter the required process date range > OK > double-click Payslips > select the required folder > select the layout > Print.

Sage 50 Payroll 2009 and below - Company > Historical Data > select required period > Reports > Payslips > select layout > Print.

Cheers John Hopefully this should do the trick.

Might also need to know how to pull off P45 for my Payroll Employee, she's not contactable tomorrow due to being off because of the last day at school for her kids etc!

If you use the F1 key and then search the help for P45 you will be able to find the page for step by step instructions.
