I have a Property Maintenance company that is always looking to help local business in return for a little help myself in promoting and growing my company.

A director of a printing firm recently asked me if I would fit his mothers kitchen in return for some printing and van livery we struck a deal and no money passed hands.
A tool supplier asked me to quote for some partitions and ceiling to be errected. We traded for some power tools instead of cash.
