How can i have a page rank of 4 and have no pages in google?
How do i find out where i come in google for certain words?
Is there anywhere i can type in my domain and it shows what number i rank and what for?
Am i in google for anything?
How many backlinks would i need to get in?
Is PR4 good or doesnt it matter so much?
If i start linking to relevant sites would this penalise my PR?

How can i have a page rank of 4 and have no pages in google?
by blocking the spiders from indexing your pages. PR has nothing to do with a page being indexed, it is an external value. You can build pagerank to a page that doesn't exist.
How do i find out where i come in google for certain words?
Carry out a search fro them, but if you are not indexed you will not rank
Is there anywhere i can type in my domain and it shows what number i rank and what for?
No, it is search dependent. The simply way to find out if you are ranking for anything people search for is to look at your webstats data
Am i in google for anything?
What colour is the cup I am currently drinking out of? The answer is pretty much the same, and that is 'I don't know'
How many backlinks would i need to get in?
If you have a PR 4 then you have ample, and if you have no pages indexed I would say there is 99.9% chance that it is a technical reason
Is PR4 good or doesnt it matter so much?
Depends what you mean by good. it is toolbar Pr but it is a rough measure of backlink value.
If i start linking to relevant sites would this penalise my PR?
You can penalise your pr, you vote it and keep it at the same time. But your immediate issue is why are you not indexed. My guess is technical

Is it true? I don't believe we can build a PR to a page that is not existing?

where did you get the idea that your site was not indexed.?:|
Huge problems with your titles as said resulting in a tiny proportion of your pages being in googles main index.

I think you are talking about SERPs and not PR
Organic search results are the pages that come up when people look for keywords. You are saying when you type in your most relevent keywords you are not coming up in the Search Engine Results Pages?
What keywords / phrases are you searching for?

Believe what you like, I have done it on test.
If you want to test it yourself though it is simple, it will just take a biot of time as the experiment needs a new domain and a toolbar PR export. and that can take 3-6 months.

Thats a problem with your SEO Gemma.
Sort that and your site should do quite well given its resources

That always helps but your main problem at the moment is that the keywords you are after should be the first words on each pages title, along with a lot of other stuff.

Off page optimisation should be completed alongside your off page link building

What do you mean page titles? how do i change them?
Sorry im new to all this

Your page titles are the things that appear in the blue bar in a browser. there should be a facility (in a well built site), to change these independently.
One thing though and please don't take this the wrong way, but you are operating in some moderately competitive areas, ans you really don't have a clue about SEO, so it is going to be akin to someone who is about to enter badminton, asking 'how do I fix my saddle on the horsey'?
take it one step at a time, You problem is that there might well be technical restraints on your site that will result in you wasting time learning about something that doesn't apply to you specifically
