I have considerable experience managing offshore software
development. I need help in identifying clients seeking

Its all about timing! I was chatting to a good friend about this very subject last night (the exciting life of PR!).
Anyway, for a start, if you are UK based, or have representative in UK, you need to be getting your face known at events like Geek-Dinner;

The bloke I was chatting to occasionally pops on here and is called Nick Swan. Go visit his techy blog http://weblog.vb-tech.com/nick/
He has spent the last few years networking hard in this arena and is now seen in the UK (by fellow geeks - sorry Nick!) as a leader in his field. He is also working quite closely with Microsnot with their SharePoint stuff and has been heading up the external Sharepoint user group meetings at its offices.
I will try to once again, to get him more involved on this fine forum as I am sure he can add value to what we are all doing.
