We have come through the recession and now the company is earning a little money, our accounts need to be done by 31 January 2011.

Total paid to the account give or take £10, 320 tax has be deducted by main contractor.

Would we pay corparation tax and NI should work out around £230.00 per month, out going expensse around £3, 000 to £4,000 to but equipment and qualifications.

Just a little advice please also looking to change the name of the company to my first and second name.

Thanks

Natallia

Sorry, I am a little bit confused about your post.

Would I be right in assuming that you are a contractor in the construction industry and that your contractor has deducted tax from you under the CIS scheme?

You would pay Corporation Tax on any profits made, but why would you be paying NI of £230 per month? Has the company set up a PAYE scheme with the Inland Revenue?

It is fairly simple to change the name of the company at Companies House.

If you want further advice, do not hesitate to call me.
