I am about to take a 25% stack in a start up company, it would be a limited company with 3 other shareholders.
Presently, I am considering the way to structure the holding in terms of liability and taxation of any distributions.
I have heard an option to put the holding within a company and then put this within a family trust.
Any advice on this matter and how best to go about it would be appreciated...
