View Full Version : Do I need to send the Memorandum and Articles?

I'm changing the name of my LTD company using the Written Resolution form from Companies house. I've heard from someone that I need to send a copy of the Memorandum & Articles of Association in the new name. Is this correct as the form does not mention it on there?

No, not necessary but you should attach a copy of the resolution to any copies of the M & AA

Ah ok, thanks. So there's no need to send them in, just keep a copy of the form with the M & A of A so it can be seen they're to do with the new company name?
