I could do with a regex pattern that can correctly decipher entire English statements and transfer them into mathematical statements to determine their validity for search results.

I have an almost flat roof at the back of my house that is going to need waterproofed and relined. Also the overflow pipe coming from the tank will need to be extended down to the gutter.

Anytime before Wednesday will be fine.

Ah well, least you didn't offload your best youth players to Chelsea for wait for it... nothing. These lads are potentially better than Woodgate and Bowyer at their height.
