I am just commencing a writers course and one of the articles I have written is 5 ways to market your business for free. I am proposing sending this to Start Your Business magazine and would be grateful if anyone who has read the magazine thinks this would be suitable material and also would welcome general comments about the concept and whether the business people in this forum would also see this type of article as useful information.

Hi Rach. I'll have a look at your article too, if you like. I'm not really a rap for the magazine though, they have absolutely appalling customer service with a history of unreturned client calls. (documented verification available) This may not hamper your quest for being published though, as I have first-hand experience of the company accepting my money, then blatantly ignoring any communication over a problem. Based on their antics, I would never deal with them as a matter of principle. A company that behaves in such a deceptive way cannot be trusted.
