Been a while since I have been here.

I was wondering, with all the pens, key rings and mugs etc out there with brand names on for promotional use, I was wondering if there is much call for really high value stuff like a TV or even a fridge?

I have a new idea and so I need to see if these items are readilly available.

Pepsi do fridges already and so do most of the big drinks companies. Is this the sort of thing you ment?

Depends on what the intended use is.

Mugs and pens are sitting on display on people's desks, therefore maintaining brand awareness.

I can't see how a free fridge stuck in someone's kitchen is going to help promote my company's image, but it may work for other types of businesses.

Need more information really.

What did you have in mind?

A mug, if used, is something someone is going to see (and actively use) on a daily basis.

A fridge is something that we tend to use more passively.

The only awareness advantage I can think of is if the whole thing is done up in your logo and the person has a lot of people who would see it. Then, maybe, you could say it has higher visibility.

Now, obviously, these larger items would have an added factor - reciprocity.

But that's a different equation altogether.

Thanks all

Fridges work well in pub and public places etc and in my industry with branded vending machines but I had a crazy idea last night to see if I could kit my entire flat out in the next 12 months with free promo gear!

I was making a cup of tea after a few hours out and I thought, all my mugs are free giveaways and the idea struck.

With everyone else starting pixel sites, begging sites and so on I thought if the market existed I could set up a site and try my luck.
