Telephone Music???

What do you need to enable you to put a caller on hold and have music in the background and also something that shows if other people are calling?

All depends on your telephone system - if it's just a standard BT line, talk to BT.

Make sure you choose 'appropriate' music. There's nothing more annoying than being on hold and listening to annoying music repeated.
